Which Gas Kit Should You Choose?
Engine Technology Rules
- Toyota VVT-i & Dual VVT-i Engines: You must choose a **Sequential Injection System**. Traditional kits will trigger the "Check Engine" light, cause immediate engine knocking, damage your ignition coils, and result in terrible acceleration.
- Older Carburetor Cars: For old vehicles (e.g. Corolla EE90/EE100 carburetor engines), a **Traditional Venturi System** is highly cost-effective and runs perfectly fine since there are no electronic computers to calibrate.
- Aluminum Intake Manifolds: Sequential kits are mandatory for cars with plastic intake manifolds to avoid backfire pressure cracking the manifold chamber.

- Daily Run > 40 km: Highly recommended to convert. With current octane prices in Bangladesh, converting to LPG sequential will pay back the entire investment within 10-12 months.
- Daily Run < 15 km: Do not convert. The fuel savings will take years to recover the upfront conversion cost, and gasoline engines need regular operational running to prevent valve seizing.
- Long Distance Inter-District travel: **LPG** is preferred over CNG due to lighter cylinders (retains suspension life) and the availability of 700+ LPG filling stations across national highways.

Regular Tuning & Calibrations
Unlike traditional setups, sequential kits use laptop diagnostics to map fuel curves. Visit your workshop every 5,000 km to clean the gas injector filter and recalibrate the ECU software map.
Ignition & Spark Plug Care
Gas has a higher ignition temperature than petrol. Use high-conductivity iridium spark plugs and check ignition coils regularly. A weak spark will immediately trigger misfires and sluggish gas running.
